SHIPPING FEES IN ITALY
The shipping fees with BRT is proportional to weight/volume of the shipping and it is calculated automatically in the purchase basket.
The costs are displayed automatically before and during the order and it is calculated on the weight and the volume of the items purchased. W/B indicates the relation weight/volume.
The minimum commission for cash on delivery is equal to Euro 3,00 up to Euro 516,00 of the order, over 2% proportionally to the price of the order. The evaluation of this commission will be add to the total price of the order, at the moment of shipping.
For delivery through BRT with advance payment (Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit cards) we apply only shipping costs. It is possible to use the courier of the client provided that in the moment of the order it will communicate the subscription code and/or the booking number of the pick up.
All the orders received and payed within 12.00 am, if the material is available are fulfilled within the same day. The orders received in the afternoon are fulfilled the day after.
In the case of bank transfer or cheque, the orders will be hold until the check of the payment.
Shipments are fulfilled with BRT courier all over the country. Deliveries takes place, normally, within 24/48 h from the shipment.
Pay attention: the orders received during public holiday, working day or weekend will be send the first working day available. In case of cash on delivery we reserve the right to ask more information and/or more documents proving the identity of the client, in order to avoid and prevent problems during the delivery and the payment to the courier. For consequence the orders payed with cash on delivery maybe will take more time.
Our company sell goods normally available in our storehouse. The availability of items on the website are updated in the evening after the closure of the shop, so some goods that could have been sold during the day may not be available immediately. If it is the case, thanks to our strong network of supplier, we will fulfil the order in a short time, anyway.
At the arrival of the goods it is highly recommended to verify that:
- the number of the packages is equal to the order;
- the packaging is complete and not damaged also in the closure belt.
In case of alterations and/or damage the client has to contest immediately the shipping and/or the delivery with the caption “WE ACCEPT ONLY GOODS UNCHECKED” on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
Later, the client will have to advise of the possible damages within 7 (seven) days from the arrival of the goods, according to procedures provided by the courier chosen for the delivery and according to the general conditions of selling published on our web site.
In case that the client do not pick up the goods within 5 (five) working days, because of the impossibility to deliver the packages to the address indicated in the request, the order will be nullified and conservation fees – evaluated in every occurrance - will be charged to the client.
