INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE EUROPEAN REGULATION N. 679/2016

Pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016, we wish to inform you of the following:
Purpose of processing
Your personal data, freely communicated and acquired by us as a result of the activity carried out, will be treated lawfully according to correctness for the following purposes: billing and shipping of purchased goods and / or subscription to the newsletter. Your data will also be processed for the purposes provided for by the current anti-money laundering legislation (Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 and subsequent amendments). The data processed (personal or particular) are updated, relevant, complete and not excessive with respect to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed. In this regard, it is recalled that by particular data we mean: "any personal data suitable for detecting racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for detecting the state of health and sexual life ". By judicial data we mean: "personal data suitable for revealing provisions pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 letters from a) to o) and from r) to u), of Presidential Decree 313/2002, regarding the criminal record, the register of administrative sanctions depending on the crime and related pending charges, or the status of accused or investigated under pursuant to art. 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Processing methods
The data itself will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods: collection of data from the interested party, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in compatible terms for these purposes, processing carried out with the aid of electronic and automated tools (data collection electronically or directly from the authorized person).
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is based on consent.
Legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller is given by having to respect and honor the obligations contractual agreements signed between the parties. Pursuant to art. 6 the lawfulness of the processing is based on the consent manifestly expressed by the interested party, documented in writing.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a refusal to respond
The nature of the provision of data by you is mandatory so that the Data Controller can provide the requested services.
Communication of data to third parties Your data may be disclosed following inspections or verifications (if requested ), to all the inspection bodies responsible for checks and controls relating to the regularity of legal obligations. Your data may also be disclosed to companies / professional firms that provide assistance, consultancy or collaboration to the data controller, in accounting, administrative, fiscal, legal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions. within the limits established by law or regulations. Your data is not subject to disclosure.
Retention times
Your personal data will be kept for 10 years.
Intention of the Personal Data Controller The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country
or to an international organization, but only in cases necessary for a member country of the European Union.

The person in charge of data processing designated to reply to the interested party in the event of the exercise of rights is Mr. Tadei Matteo. EU Regulation no. 679/2016 - Right of access to personal data and other rights -
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the origin and personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; of the logic applied in casor processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; the identification details of the data controller, the manager and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 2; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification, or, when there is interest, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations referred to in letter a. and b. have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is found to be impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In particular, the interested party may at any time ask the data controller for access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern him or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right of portability of the data. The interested party has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
